  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup plus 6 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided

    Divide fruit evenly among 6 parfait glasses.

    Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

    Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.

    Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted.

    Pour 3/4 cup of the gelatin over fruit in glasses.

    Refrigerate 20 minutes or until gelatin is set but not firm.

    Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

    Spoon over gelatin in glasses.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

    Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving.
