Flora's Simple Deviled Eggs

- 1 dozen Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 Paprika
Directions

1Boil eggs in salted water

2Allow eggs to cool and peel them, I place them back in the container

3Cut eggs Lengthwise

4Pop the yolk out of the egg onto a plate.

5Mash the yolks up as fine as you can to avoid lumps.

6Add egg mixture to a mixing bowl with the mayo and mustard.

7*if you find the consistancy not to be creamy enough you can add more mayo, or if you think its too tangy for your tastes* mix together.

8I always taste test at this point to make sure doesn't need more mustard or mayo.

9Spoon into your eggs

10Sprinkle with paprika *optional*

11**Get creative...you can add loads of toppings.

12Onions, pickles, relish, olives.

13I have a friend make them with bacon, onion, and tomato.

14But I always prefer plain.
