Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 gloves garlic, chopped
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained well
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. broad egg noodles.
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook sausage, onions and garlic until sausage is done and no longer pink.

    Add sauce and mushrooms and simmer for 30 minutes. Combine spinach, cheese, egg, grated Parmesan, pepper and salt.
