  • 1/4 cup bacon crisp-cooked
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges 1 can, drained
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce rinsed, dried
  • 4 cups spinach leaves rinsed, dried
  • 1/2 cup red onion slices

Directions

    In a large bowl, add the lettuces, mushrooms, onion, and bacon and toss with just enough dressing to coat. Serve garnished with the orange segments.
