- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 box large shell noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook noodles according to package.

2Saute onion and garlic powder in margarine until tender.

3Combine onion, spinach, cheeses, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Fill shells with mixture.

6Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

7Pour sauce over shells.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.

9Makes 6 to 7 servings.
