Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 box large shell noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package.

    Saute onion and garlic powder in margarine until tender.

    Combine onion, spinach, cheeses, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Fill shells with mixture.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour sauce over shells.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
