  • 1 (3 to 5.8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. undiluted Florida orange concentrate
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (2 oz.) envelope whipped topping
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Directions

    Combine pudding, concentrate, water and rind.

    Whip topping according to directions and add to above mixture.

    Place in an 8-inch prebaked pie shell and refrigerate.
