- 2 lb. flounder fillets
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cut fillets into serving portions.

2Combine flour, salt and paprika; mix well.

3Roll fish in mixture.

4Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in a well-greased baking pan.

5Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter over fish.

6Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes.

7Saute almonds in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, stirring constantly.

8Remove from heat and add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and parsley; mix and pour over fish.

9Serve at once.
