Bacon Gravy

  • 1/2 lb Bacon, ends and pieces.
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp heaping, Knox bouillon
  • 2 cup boiling water

Directions

    Cook the chopped up bacon.

    Add the flour and cook until toasty brown.

    Add the bouillon and 2 cups of boiling water.

    Will splash so be careful.

    Stir for 30 seconds and remove from heat.

    Adjust bouillon for salt taste but that's it!

    Can add an ounce or so of soy sauce for a richer color but back off on the bouillon or it'll be too salty!
