- 4 pieces of flounder, big enough to roll up
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
- Worcestershire sauce
- lemon
Directions

1If scallops are large, cut into quarters.

2Melt butter.

3With rolling pin, crush crackers.

4Put in bowl, add scallops, part of butter and 3 to 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce; mix together. Divide mixture into fourths and put into the middle of each fish piece.

5Roll up.

6Connect with a toothpick.

7Squeeze lemon into remaining butter.

8Pour over and bake at 350° until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
