  • 4 pieces of flounder, big enough to roll up
  • 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • lemon

Directions

    If scallops are large, cut into quarters.

    Melt butter.

    With rolling pin, crush crackers.

    Put in bowl, add scallops, part of butter and 3 to 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce; mix together. Divide mixture into fourths and put into the middle of each fish piece.

    Roll up.

    Connect with a toothpick.

    Squeeze lemon into remaining butter.

    Pour over and bake at 350° until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
