  • 1 1/2 lb. flounder fillet
  • 6 Tbsp. bread crumbs (Italian)
  • 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • chopped garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Place fish on pan.

    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese and spices.

    Wet this with oil and juice.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Boil 3 to 5 minutes until brown.
