- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 to 3 stalks green onions, cut diagonally
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. shoyu
Directions

1Boil flounder approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove from water; place on platter.

2Cook oil until almost boiled; pour over flounder immediately (should sizzle).

3Add shoyu and green onions.

4Serve immediately.
