  • 1 flounder, cleaned
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 to 3 stalks green onions, cut diagonally
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. shoyu

Directions

    Boil flounder approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove from water; place on platter.

    Cook oil until almost boiled; pour over flounder immediately (should sizzle).

    Add shoyu and green onions.

    Serve immediately.
