- 1 (16 ounce) can corn
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pint sour cream (8 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Mix corn (drain can), creamed corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, melted butter, and eggs.

3Pour into 8X8 casserole dish.

4Spread sour cream on top.

5Sprinkle cheddar on top.

6Bake 40 mins at 400 degrees.
