Ingredients
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 c. warm milk
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. plain flour
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. wheat germ
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Stir in milk, molasses, honey and vegetable oil.

3Add salt.

4In a separate bowl, mix flour, whole wheat flour and wheat germ.

5Slowly add flour mixture to the liquid.

6Work until the dough is easy to handle. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and firm, about 200 times.

7Place in a greased bowl.

8Cover with cloth; let rise in warm place until double about 1 to 3 hours.
