- 5 bananas
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 34 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups walnuts
- 12 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350.

2Add the bananas and peanut butter to a large mixing bowl and mash really well.

3Add the applesauce, eggs, and cinammon and continue to mix well until all are blended and smooth.

4Add the chocolate chips and stir into the mix.

5Grease an 8x8″ baking dish (or whatever you might use for brownies).

6If youre looking to stick to Paleo rules, use coconut oil.

7Spread the mix evenly into the dish, then top with the nuts and coconut.

8Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
