Flowerpot Pudding

   Crumble cookies and put in bottom of flowerpot.

   Mix pudding mix and milk.

   In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar, and then stir both

   together.

   Mix well and spread over cookie layer.

   Top with remaining crushed cookies. Place gummy worms into mixture, leaving 1/2

   to 1 inch sticking out. Refrigerate overnight.
