Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lavender

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a small jar (I use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.

    Add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.

    Let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!
