- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon lavender
Directions

1Add all ingredients to a small jar (I use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.

2Add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.

3Let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!
