Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 3 onions, diced
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 red pepper, skinned and diced
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 fresh chili pepper, diced
  • 4 liters water
  • 12 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 kg chicken breasts, diced
  • 300 g cashew nuts

Directions

    Melt butter in a maHOOsive saucepan.

    Add onions & red pepper and saute until onions are translucent.

    Add potatoes and stir until well coated in delicious juice.

    Add 2 litres water and spices.

    Boil until potatoes are soft.

    Add other 2 lt. and rice.

    Cook rice until soft, adding more water if necessary.

    Once rice is soft, stir in chicken pieces, cashews and chili and cook until chicken is soft.
