  • 1 12 lbs lean beef
  • 1 lb Italian pork sausage
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 1 12 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Directions

    in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it.

    Press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water.

    sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs.

    Fold mixture together.

    Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook.

    The longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce.
