Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 5 tsp. cornstarch; 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 c. sour cream; 2 pkg. frozen raspberries; 1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip

Directions

Blend cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and blend.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with sour cream. Chill 1 hour.

Mix berries and cornstarch in saucepan.

Cook until thickened and cool. Whip the cream and fold into cooled berries.

Spoon on top of cream cheese in pie shell.
