  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip

    Blend cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and blend.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with sour cream. Chill 1 hour.

    Mix berries and cornstarch in saucepan.

    Cook until thickened and cool. Whip the cream and fold into cooled berries.

    Spoon on top of cream cheese in pie shell.
