Fluffy Bread with Whey

Ingredients
- 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 9 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 20 grams Butter
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- 1 Cheese Whey Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk
- 15 grams Vinegar (Lemon juice)
- 140 ml (If using yogurt whey,
- 1 your choice Fillings
- 1 -Ham, cheese, basil, ketchup, olive oil, salt and pepper
- 1 -Rum raisin, cinnamon sugar, butter
Directions

1[Make the cheese whey] This is quickly made in the microwave.

2Use 140ml of the whey strained off the cheese from.

3Yogurt is fine, too.

4Put the flour and salt into a bowl and mix with a whisk.

5In a separate bowl, add the sugar and butter into the whey from Step 1.

6Microwave to melt the butter.

7When it's about body temperature, add the yeast and let it soak.

8Add the yeast mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix as much as possible with cutting motions.

9Once it has all come together, wrap it up with plastic wrap and microwave at 200 W, or use the thawing function, for 30 seconds.

10Let it sit in a warm place for 15 minutes.

11Once it has doubled in size, gently press on it to remove the gas.

12Cut in half and fold each half into thirds, twice.

13Cover with plastic wrap.

14Prepare your choice of fillings.

15[Ham and Pizza Sauce] Combine all of the ingredients, except for the ham.

16Dust a work surface with flour and place the dough, with the seam side down, on top.

17Roll it out with a rolling pin.

18Place 3 slices of ham on top and then coat with the paste from Step 6.

19[Rum Raisin] Spread butter on the dough, leaving the edges free.

20Top with cinnamon sugar and raisins.

21Wrap the dough from the bottom and use your finger to pinch the seam closed.

22Place the seam on the bottom and roll it around so that it blends in to the dough.

23Cut into eight 1cm wide slices.

24Place the slices on a sheet of parchment paper, alternating sides.

25Lightly cover with plastic wrap.

26Microwave at 200W for 30 seconds.

27Cover with a damp towel and use the oven's bread proofing function (or also cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a room at 40C) for 15 minutes.

28Once it has expanded, preheat the oven to 180C.

29Bake for 14-16 minutes.

30After they have cooled, they're done.
