  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    In saucepan, beat egg.

    Add sugar, fruit peels and lemon juice.

    Cook and stir over low heat until thick (about 5 minutes). Cool thoroughly.

    Fold in whipped cream.
