  • 1 can Niblets corn with liquid
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased or sprayed pan.
