Fluffy Icing

Directions

   Mix flour into milk in saucepan and bring to a boil stirring constantly.

   Cool mixture completely.

   Combine remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

   Add first mixture and whip well with electic mixer.

   Makes plenty of frosting for a two layer cake.
