  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 marshmallows

Directions

    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar.

    Boil sugar and water until soft ball stage.
  3. 3
    Stop and remove from heat.
  4. 4
    Add to egg whites and continue beating until slightly stiff.
  5. 5
    Add marshmallows near end of beating time.
