  • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. water
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 angel food cake

Directions

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler over hot water (not boiling); stir until chocolate appears smooth.
