- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy.

2Add water and salt; beat until stiff in bowl.

3Add flour and pepper to egg yolks.

4Beat until thick and lemon colored.

5Cook on low heat until puffy and lightly browned on bottom.

6Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes, until top feels dry and center springs back when lightly touched.

7Fill with jelly, crisp bacon, cheese or ham.
