  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Measure flour.

    Add sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Stir well. Combine egg yolks, milk and butter.

    Add to dry ingredients. Beat with beater until smooth.

    Fold in beaten egg whites.

    Pour 1/3 cup batter for each pancake on hot griddle.

    Grease griddle lightly for first pancake only.

    Makes 12 five-inch pancakes.
