  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drained
  • 1 medium size bowl Cool Whip
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

    Mix sugar, cream cheese, pineapple and Cool Whip together. Pour into pie crust.

    Can be served right away but is better if it is refrigerated overnight.
