  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 5 Green onions or scallions
  • 2 Chikuwa
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Plain flour
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Ketchup
  • 1 Mayonnaise

    Cut the green onions into small pieces and thinly slice the chikuwa.

    Grate the potatoes and onion.

    Put into a bowl, add the egg and flour and mix together.

    Add Step 1, the salt, and the pepper.

    Mix together.

    Put about 1 cm of oil in a frying pan and turn the heat up to medium.

    Put a ladle of Step 2 into the frying pan, shape into a patty, and slowly fry on both sides until crispy.
