- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed mint leaves, chopped or muddled
- 2 cups fresh iced tea
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
Directions

1In a small saucepan, make a simple syrup by bringing the lemon juice and sugar to a boil over medium heat.

2Cook the syrup until the sugar is dissolved.

3Remove from the heat and cool.

4In a large pitcher, mix together the mint leaves, simple syrup, iced tea and vodka.

5Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow mint to steep.

6Serve over ice-filled glasses.
