- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil (any kind)
- 6 c. flour (more if needed)
- 1 sq. cake yeast or 2 dry packets
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. tepid water
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm milk
- 1/4 lb. butter (melted in the milk)
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix together the first 4 ingredients.

2Blend thoroughly remaining ingredients.

3Add yeast mixture to blended ingredients. Blend in well.

4Pour into two greased 5 x 9-inch pans.

5Let rise in warm place until double in bulk.

6Bake at 300° to 325° for approximately 55 minutes.
