  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Punch down, roll into a ball and flatten into a 10 inch circle.

    Cover dough liberally with olive oil.

    Sprinkle fresh herbs and garlic over dough.

    Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
