- 2 day old foccacia loafs; cubed
- 1 jar Mancini roasted red & yellow bell pepper strips
- 48 oz chicken stock
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

2Spread evenly in a large casserole pan.

3Cover with foil.

4Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

5Uncover.

6Bake until stock is evaporated and stuffing has lightly browned crust, approximately 10-15 minutes.
