  • 1/4 ounce absinthe
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
  • 1/2 ounce Cocchi Aperitivo Americano or Lillet blanc
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

    Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe; discard the excess.

    Fill a pint glass with ice.

    Add the gin, Cocchi Americano and Cointreau; stir well.

    Strain into the coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
