  • 3 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. white cooking wine or water
  • salt, pepper, thyme, to taste
  • 1 Reynolds foil bag

Directions

    Place prepared mushrooms in bottom of foil bag.

    Season chicken with spices and place on top of mushrooms.
  3. 3
    Top with butter/margarine, garlic and white wine (or water).
  4. 4
    Seal bag very tightly, making sure it will not leak.
  5. 5
    Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes (depending on your oven and on thickness of chicken). Spoon liquid in bag over chicken.
