- 8 medium size potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Directions

1Cut butter or margarine into 1 tablespoon patties.

2Spread layers of potatoes, onion and butter.

3Sprinkle each layer with Lawry's on heavy-duty aluminum foil, which has been sprayed with cooking spray.

4Wrap tightly, sealing all edges.

5Place on grill, turning every 1/2 hour for 1 1/2 hours.
