- 4 lb. beef pot roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place meat on 30 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Place meat on foil.

3Sprinkle dry soup over top of meat.

4Spread mushroom soup over dry topping.

5Fold foil over meat, sealing securely.

6Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
