  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • salt and pepper

    Scrub potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices.

    Place slices of potatoes on a 20-inch length of aluminum foil.

    Dash liberally with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with cheese, cover with onions, then dot with butter.
