- 18 to 20 large tomatoes
- 3 medium onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 green peppers
- 3/4 to 1 c. vinegar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 6 yellow peppers or equivalent
- 1 large can tomato paste
Directions

1Peel and chop tomatoes; let drain at least 30 minutes.

2Add chopped onions, peppers and garlic.

3Add other ingredients.

4Heat, but do not boil, for 10 to 20 minutes.

5Put in sterilized jars; process 15 minutes in water bath or 10 minutes at 5 pounds in pressure cooker. Can in pint jars.
