- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 7 oz. crabmeat (optional)
- clove of garlic to wipe around fondue pot
Directions

1Melt cream cheese with white wine.

2Add Swiss cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce and parsley.

3After this all blends thoroughly add crab meat.

4Stir constantly.

5I recommend you do this in a double boiler and transfer to a fondue pot later.

6Both pots must be wiped with garlic.

7Serve with apples and bread cubes to dip.
