Foolproof Angel Cake

   Beat eggs until foamy, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks (not dry).

   Fold in sugar, flour, and vanilla quickly.

   Bake at 350 in a tube pan for about 30 minutes or until the cake begins to pull away from the pan.

   DO NOT OVERCOOK OR OVERBEAT!
