Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. margarine; 2 c. sugar; 3 c. plain flour; 3 c. fresh diced apples; 1 c. chopped nuts; 1 c. raisins; 1 tsp. butter flavoring; 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring; 3 eggs; 1 tsp. soda; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; 1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
3 c. fresh diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream margarine and sugar.

Add eggs.

Add vanilla, butter flavoring, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to cream mixture.

Sift soda and flour and add to mixture until smooth, then add apples, nuts and raisins.

Bake in tube pan that has been greased.

Bake at 325° for about 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
