- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- salt
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar and water and cook together until clear, then set aside.

2Add a bit of salt to egg whites and whip until foamy or standing in peaks at which time you add the mixture of cornstarch, slowly.

3Continue beating until creamy, then add sugar gradually beating again until creamy.

4Pile on pie and seal all edges.

5Bake 30 minutes at 325° or until golden brown.

6Does not weep or get watery.
