- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put shortening into bowl; pour on boiling water and milk. Whip until thick like whipped cream.

2Sift flour and salt together; add to first mixture.

3Roll out and bake.

4Makes pastry for 2 (9-inch) pies or for a 9-inch two crust pie.
