  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark Karo
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add Karo and eggs.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour mixture into pie shell which has been thawed and pierced with a fork.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until middle of pie is firm.
