- 34 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
- 3 14-3 34 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon shortening
Directions

1Combine melted butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar, beat till smooth.

2Add peanut butter and beat till combined.

3Stir in milk and vanilla.

4Beat in enough of the remaining sugar to make a firm but crumbly mixture.

5Roll into 1 inch balls, and let firm up in fridge for 30 minutes.

6Melt chocolate with shortening, cool slightly.

7Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate till 3/4 covered.

8Place in fridge until firm.
