  • 3/4 c. regular rice
  • 2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (dry)

Directions

    Put the dry rice in the bottom of large baking dish or roaster.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the rice.
  3. 3
    Lay chicken pieces on top of this.

    Mix the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water and pour over the chicken.

    Bake at 350° to 400° for 1 hour or until chicken is done.

    Cover with lid or foil.
