- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 cans chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 chicken
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix soup and water.

3Put rice in bottom of pan and pour half soup mixture over rice.

4Put in chicken pieces and pour the rest of the soup over the chicken.

5Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover with foil and forget it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
