- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 fryer size chicken or appropriate pieces
- 1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Scatter rice in dish.

3Place chicken over rice, salt and pepper to taste.

4In mixing bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with water and pour over rice and chicken.

5Sprinkle dry soup over top.

6Cover with foil and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours in preheated oven.
