  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cut up fryer or favorite parts

Directions

    Mix celery soup with rice and milk and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Lightly salt and pepper chicken

    and place on rice mixture.

    Sprinkle dry soup mix over all.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours or until chicken and rice are thoroughly done.
